Garter Rib Blanket

Beginner Knitting
This simple design is knitted in one piece, using two strands of 4ply held together – either use two balls or both ends of the one ball for your double strand. Choose to work in all one colour or use two contrasting colours – your choice!

63x63cm (80x110cm, 120x160cm, 160x210cm)

Materials
9 (19, 40, 70) balls Adorn Silky Merino 4ply (held double) or Bellissimo 4ply (held double), or
9 (20, 44, 77) balls Katia Concept Cotton Cashmere 4ply (held double)
5mm 60-100cm circular needle
Stitchmarker pin 
Tapestry needle for sewing in ends

Tension
19.5sts and 37 rows to 10cm in Garter Stitch, using two strands held together. Tension isn’t critical for this blanket, however looser tension will likely require more yarn and tighter tension will result in a smaller blanket.
