Intermediate Knitting
Quick to make and worked from the top down, this seamless baby romper suit is worked in the round in garter stitch with a stocking stitch bib.  The leg openings are shaped so that the back is fuller than the front, but the bib of the romper suit is the same on both the front and back with the exception of the buttons.  With buttoned straps, overlapping buttoned tabs at the sides and an overlapping buttoned crotch band for easy nappy/diaper changing, this is a very practical garment.

Romper suit pattern

The suit looks gorgeous when finished and it’s a relatively easy pattern, all in garter stitch. I’ve made two so far.
Some instructions are ambiguous and don’t follow the usual conventions of knitting patterns. That was a bit annoying as it was really trial and error.
Pleased with the results and I’ve adjusted my pattern so that I’ll know next time.
